We use this information to generate the advice, reports, and analysis you request.

Payment Information

When you subscribe to a paid plan, you provide payment details through our payment process. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

Google Analytics Data (if you connect it)

If you choose to connect your Google Analytics account, we request read-only access to your Analytics data (such as sessions, users, conversions, and traffic sources) via Google's official API. We use this data solely to display it in your dashboard and, where you use features that reference it, to ground reports and recommendations in your real business performance. We do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising purposes. You can disconnect this access at any time from your dashboard, which stops any further data access.

Automatically Collected Information

We use a login session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell browsing data to advertisers.

3. How Your Information Is Shared

AI providers: to generate advice and reports, the business information you provide is sent to Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), and/or Google (Gemini), depending on which AI model is used for a given request. These providers process this data to generate a response but do not use it to train their models on our behalf, per our agreements with them.
Service providers: we use third-party providers for email delivery, hosting, and database services, who process data only as necessary to provide those services to us.
Team members: if you're on a Pro or Business plan and invite team members, the business data, reports, and Analytics data associated with your account become visible to those team members, according to the permissions you grant them.
Legal requirements: if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of G-DESIGNS LTD, our users, or others.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information and business data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.
