These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Arreyon Consult, operated by G-DESIGNS LTD ("we," "us," "our"), including our website, dashboard, and all related features (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and use the Service.

2. Your Account

• You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• If you're on a Pro or Business plan and invite team members, you're responsible for managing what access you grant them within your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

• Arreyon Consult offers a free Starter plan and paid Pro and Business plans, each with different features and usage limits as described on our pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
• We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or overload the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying prompts, models, or logic powering the Service

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may allow you to connect third-party accounts, such as Google Analytics. When you connect a third-party account, you authorize us to access data from that account as described in our Privacy Policy, and you remain subject to that third party's own terms of service. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your dashboard.

• We retain all rights to the Service itself — its design, software, and underlying technology.
• You retain ownership of the business information and content you submit to the Service.
• Reports and content generated for your account are yours to use for your own business purposes.

8. Team Accounts

Pro and Business plans include a limited number of team seats. The account owner controls who is invited, what permissions they're granted, and can remove access at any time. Team members operate within the owner's account and are subject to the owner's plan limits.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G-DESIGNS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to business losses, lost profits, or decisions made based on AI-generated content. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify or discontinue features of the Service, and may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law where you reside.
